Paul Delaney is an Irish artist who mixes collage and drawing with digital manipulation to create his graphic art prints.
His work is mostly figurative, with women being the predominant subject matter. The figures that he depicts in his work are often strong, determined characters, but with a certain vulnerability. He likes to add drama to his pieces through his choice of color combinations, and although each piece seems to be based on a story or point of view, the details of these are purposely left to the viewer’s own thoughts and imagination.
